Upon Login, simply click the forgot password button (bottom left button). 2. Once you've done that, a new window will pop open prompting you to fill in your username (NOTE: It will be the same as your Player name pre-migration, unless you received an email telling you otherwise). Just fill in the email address you used upon initial registration or if unsure; your current one. Please note the password and email address must match in our system before the email will be sent. This means if you have updated your email address recently and did not inform us, please contact customer service by sending an email to or calling us direct (a full list of contact numbers are available on our Contact Us page). 3. Once the details are correct you will get an onscreen message confirming you entered the right data. 4. You will then be presented with a final page asking you to confirm your new password. 5. Login.
